Set in the not too distant future, a worker hopes that his new job at the spaceport will allow him to get his life back on track. While taking passengers to the space hotel "Moonwalk", a collision with an unknown object brings his dreams... and possibly his life... to a screeching halt. It's hard to really rate or review this story, as it is only 13 pages. I've read short stories before, but nothing as short as this. Because of the length, there are very, very few details about how things look or who the characters are or anything.
But, I did like the authors style, and the idea for the story was interesting enough. I'd like to read a full book by this author, as this just seemed like the first chapter to a book, with a very abrupt ending.
If you're into short stories and are looking for something really quick to read, check this one out. The author definitely has talent.
